                          Board Move


The Board of CMG plc, the European IT services group, today
announces that Chris Banks, Finance Director, has decided to
reduce his executive responsibilities from the summer of next
year to allow him to devote more time to his family and non-
business interests.


The Board is delighted to say, however, that Chris has agreed
to remain as a non-executive director to continue to give CMG
the benefit of his considerable experience.


A leading firm of headhunters has already been appointed to
commence the search for Chris's successor.


Cor Stutterheim, Chairman of CMG, added: "Chris has made a
significant contribution to the group's development over the
past eight years and I am very pleased that this move will
mean that we will retain his wisdom and advice on the Board.
The advance notice also means that we are able to plan an
orderly handover of Chris's executive duties once the time
comes.

"Meanwhile, the outlook for our business remains just as
positive as I said in September at the time of our interim
results."
