Careforce Group plc ("Careforce" or the "Company")

Board changes

Careforce confirms that, following the recommended offer by Mears Group PLC
("Mears") being declared wholly unconditional, Peter Stone, Non-executive
Chairman of the Company, Ole Bettum and Iain Francis Mackinnon, both
Non-executive Directors of the Company, have resigned with effect from 13 April
2007.

Careforce is also pleased to announce the appointments of David Robertson and
Andrew Smith, both Directors of Mears, to the board of the Company with
immediate effect.

Neither, David Robertson nor Andrew Smith has any interest in the share capital
of the Company.

The following further information is given in relation to David Robertson and
Andrew Smith as required in accordance with schedule 2(g) of the AIM rules.

David Robertson, aged 51, is or has been a director or partner of the following
