CLOSE ENHANCED COMMODITIES FUND LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")

RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held 21 June 2006, the following
special resolution was passed:

"that all references to "Unclassified Shares of 0.001p each" wherever the same
appear in the Company's Articles of Association be deleted and replaced instead
with the following wording: "Unclassified Shares of 0.01p each"."

A copy of the above special resolution has been submitted to the UK Listing
Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
