Birmingham City PLC (the "Company") announces that on 7 April 2009 David Gold 
and Ralph Gold, Directors of the Company, purchased ordinary shares of 10p in 
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Gold FC Limited at a price of 21.5 pence 
per share. 
 
 
David Gold acquired 9,462,414 Ordinary Shares and is now interested in a total 
of 10,619,786 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.03% of the issued share capital 
of the Company. 
 
 
Ralph Gold acquired 9,462,413 Ordinary Shares and is now interested in a total 
of 9,462,413 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.61% of the issued share capital of 
the Company. 
 
 
The shares sold by Gold FC Limited represented its entire holding of Ordinary 
Shares, such that it no longer holds any Ordinary Shares in the Company.
