The Board of Bakery Services announces that the Company has placed 35,000,000
new Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each (the "Ordinary Shares") for 0.3p each.
Application will made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
which is expected to commence on 19 October 2004.
