Following completion of the above transaction, the Company will have 471,898,331 ordinary shares in issue, 471,898,331 voting rights and 11,004,463 ordinary shares held in treasury.

Previously, the number of ordinary shares held in treasury was stated incorrectly.

All other details remain unchanged.
