Result of Cash Elections

Further to the announcement of the result of Elections made by the Company on 30 March 2017 in relation to the reclassification of shares, the Company is pleased to announce that the aggregate level of Elections under the Cash Option amounted to 60.8 per cent. of the Company's shares in issue (59,402,594 shares). This number will be scaled back to 60.0 per cent. under the terms of the Scheme.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those used in the Circular to Shareholders dated 6 March 2017.
