Transaction in own shares 
 
The Company announces that on 18 March 2010 it purchased 50,000 of its own 
Ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of GBP1.01. The shares have been placed 
into Treasury. 
 
Following this repurchase the Company has 10,057,438 Ordinary shares held in 
Treasury. The number of shares in issue is now 83,275,319. The number of shares 
in issue, less those held in Treasury, is 73,217,881.
