Director Dealing

The Company announces that, following a purchase of 4,125 shares by Mr John
Pearmund, a Director of the Company, and 4,125 shares by Mrs Christine
Pearmund, the wife of Mr Pearmund, Mr Pearmund's interest was 35,041 Ordinary
10p shares in the Company (representing 0.04% of the issued Ordinary shares).

All the shares were purchased by Halifax Share Dealing Limited on Mr and Mrs
Pearmund's behalf at a price of �0.965 on 31 March 2008. All the shares are
held in an ISA.
