Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a Block Listing on
583,692 new ordinary shares of ILS0.5 to be admitted to AIM.


The New Ordinary Shares which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in
issue once issued, will not be issued immediately but when required following an
exercise of options under the rules of the Amiad Share Option Plan.


It is expected that the shares will be admitted to AIM on 15 January 2007.
