July 9, 2001 re-elected Fredrik Arp as Director and Hans Larsson, Stig
Gustavson, Stefan Linder, Harald Mix and Michael Rosenlew as new Directors of
the Board of the company. Bo Berggren and Lars Hansson continue to serve as
employee representatives on the Board.
