Perstorp AB receives notice from SPP on allocation of surplus pension funds

Perstorp has received a notice from the Swedish Staff Pension Society (SPP)
regarding the Company's allocation from SPP's surplus pension funds.  The
allocation amounts to SEK 61 million, a sum that has not been recognized as
income.  The Group have previously redeemed its PRI liability for an amount that
exceeds the allocation.  According to information received from SPP, no date has
been set for when the funds will be accessible.
