USCorp (OTCBB:USCS), updates shareholders and other interested individuals regarding its progress.

Management is pursuing ongoing negotiations with a number of individuals representing various mining companies and has uploaded proprietary technical data to a secure website for viewing by industry professionals as discussed in our October 22, 2009 press release.

USCorp is ready to joint-venture, merge, acquire or be acquired, or use some other model in order to develop USCorp’s properties.

Estimates of gold and silver at Twin Peaks in Arizona, USA and Picacho Salton in California, USA will be updated when we finish Phase 3 drilling, collecting, analyzing and integrating that data. Then we expect to have a clear idea of the gold and silver ore body structures.

The drilling program planned for California is ready to go forward pending final permitting and adequate financing.

About Measurements

Technical Reports and Feasibility Studies on our projects are presented in accordance with Canadian and internationally recognized standards. The terms "Mineral Resource", "Measured Mineral Resource", "Indicated Mineral Resource" and "Inferred Mineral Resource" are Canadian mining terms and are not defined terms under standards of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Under SEC standards, mineralization may not be classified as a "reserve" unless the determination has been made that the mineralization could be economically produced and permitted in order to be legally produced or extracted at the time the reserve calculation is made. USCorp cautions readers not to assume that all or any part of Measured, Indicated or Inferred Resources will ever be converted into Mineral Reserves as defined by the SEC.
