Royale Energy, Inc. has determined that it is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 within the prescribed time period.  The Company has not been able to compile the requisite financial data and other narrative information necessary to enable it to complete the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q by May 16, 2022 without unreasonable effort and expense.  The Company anticipates filing its Form 10-Q on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
