I have serious doubt there is anything to this Company

They cant even afford to pay the OTC Markets fees ($6000) to bring the stock Pink Current

They posted the Current Financials on their Webpage but it was never updated on OTCM

The strange thing about that is the Chairman/President of the Company holds 98.5% of the Common Shares and 39.1% of the Preferred

Im "thinking" this was just a Scam all along for this Chairman to dump shares into the BID for pocket money

Its a pretty common occurrence down here in the sewer of trading

Look at the small buys propping it up. There is very little volume . Check out the company website shown in one of my posts below. Anyone who reads the latest info available on the website and has any kind of mining knowledge will see that this company is years away from any production, and the current pps is ridiculous, in my opinion .

Promotion by twitter groups, and private chat rooms, who focus on companies being reinstated. Then it changed to assay grades of rock samples, but the company produces no gold, nor are they actively mining for any , at least not that I see, so the pps is artificially inflated, and in all likelihood should be trading much lower. It has been slowly drifting back down from its recent highs.

They state “Promithian Global Ventures, Inc. (PGVI) is an exploration and development stage mining
company. Promithian Global holds gold and silver assets in Nevada, USA and Yukon,
Canada. The Promithian Global Ventures, Inc. (PGVI) properties all host mineralization
that are excellent targets for high grade, small scale, underground mines.”

Don’t see anything about an active mine. Nor are their any financials for the past few years. Just a new website with some nice pictures and a few grab and pan samples.
