I wish I could Buy-Out the Entire OS (which Only costs Mere $4,661.24) at current Super-Ridiculous-Low price $0.0002!

LOCM (23,306,184 shares FIXED Super Tiny OS and 200M shares FIXED AS) should explode to $111.0193 based on its OTC peer's MV at peak! The only thing the company needs to do is to Up-List this Hidden Gem to the OTC Pink-Sheet Market like what happened to another OTC peer (AFFL: Only 24,554,116 shares FIXED Super Tiny OS and it was Upgraded from the Same Expert-Market in last June)!

Buying its OTC peer (FCCN) at Record-High $41.3 = buying LOCM at $111.0193 = buying AFFL at $105.3768 v.s. LOCM at $0.0002 now and AFFL at $0.04 currently, LOL!

Which means that LOCM could potentially run a 555097-Bagger Giant Rally from $0.0002 v.s. AFFL could potentially run a 2635-Bagger Giant Rally from $0.04!

LOL, even buying its OTC peer (FCCN) at 07/12/2024-high $5.15 = buying LOCM at $13.8438 = buying AFFL at $13.1402 v.s. LOCM at $0.0002 now and AFFL at $0.04 currently!

Which means that LOCM could run a Easy 69219-Bagger Giant & Quick Rally v.s. AFFL could run a Easy 329-Bagger Giant & Quick Rally!

HTHL dark dead and on the expert market last SEC filing 2003 , with the most amazing ss ever , so far I got lucky David Lazar has recently been appointed custodian of it by the court and just had another status check maybe I’ll get luckier we’ll see. There’s so many out there like that but unfortunately with the new rule retail can’t buy anything that’s not current anymore , glad I got what I got and don’t mind holding for years sometimes that’s what it takes. Risky extremely but can pay off very big. I hold a little bit of everything, and don’t knock any of it. GL to you!

Here’s a list of “hall of fame shell” and “reverse merger runs” … maybe , maybe not but it does happen . Time will continue to tell with LOCM not counting on it but if someone took it over it would be a very good day for many.

Wrong, PBHG has $1.8M (not "zero") Huge asset and Small (not "zero") revenue!

That other stock is not on the grey sheets/expert market, and its financial disclosures (if you can call them that with zero assets, large debt, and zero revenue) are at least up to date.

There was/is nobody around to tell FINRA the case was closed, and even if there were, they'd have likely told them the company was kaput. Lucky they didn't delete the other 4 letters, too.

In docket #590 status report, says they sold substantially all the company's assets, meaning there's been no business operations for 6 years or so. Appears to be a liquidation under Chapter 11, not sure why they didn't just convert to Chapter 7.

Anyway, the company is dead and severely delinquent. The SEC is going hog wild this week on admin proceedings, and given this one will never get off the expert market/grey sheets, it won't have any sort of liquidity for a fairy tale supported pump and dump.

We should easily see $0.17 again in the coming months based on the same market value match between LOCM and its peer (PBHG)...

Probably admin proceedings for severely delinquent financials followed by revocation of the stock registration. There's no business here, it's dead.

LOCMQ had already became a CLEAN-Shell back to May 24, 2017! The only issue is to find a Reverse-Merger private company or to be acquired through "Custodianship" by David Lazar etc. Custodianship-Taking-Over expert.

In fact David Lazar did acquire CH7-CLEAN-Shell peer (XNNHQ) via "Custodianship" a couple of years ago! So he should acquire LOCMQ and ORMTQ very soon since both are Sought-After CH11-CLEAN-Shell!

Anyway both LOCMQ and ORMTQ are Much Much Much Much Much Cheaper than XNNHQ now!

Yeah, 0.0012 again. On August 6 this Bankrupt "Q" stock (LOCMQ) crashed to 0.0006 and on August 17 it crashed to 0.0011 with 52,881 shares! So we might see it test 52-week-low 0.0004 again before any big bounce...

Note, the All-Time-Low was 0.0001 from the chart below!
