On Tuesday, June 7, 2011, GoSolarUSA (Stock Ticker: GSLO) received an Order of Suspension of Trading from the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Commission ordered that trading in the securities of GSLO be suspended for the period from 9:30 a.m. EDT, on June 7, 2011 through 11:59 p.m. EDT, on June 20, 2011.

Per the Order, “Questions have arisen concerning the adequacy and accuracy of press releases concerning the company’s products and operations.”

At this time the Company has no knowledge as to any specific grievance of the SEC, nor has it received any subsequent communication from the SEC.
