Entry Into A Material Definitive Agreement
On October
18, 2021, Elite Pharmaceuticals Inc. (“Elite”) renewed its License,
Supply and Distribution Agreement with Lannett Company, Inc.,
(“Lannett”) to market Elite’s generic Dantrolene Capsules 25 mg, 50
mg, and 100 mg in the United States. Lannett will continue to be
the exclusive U.S. distributor for the generic product owned by
Elite. The First Renewal Term shall be from April 9, 2022 until
April 8, 2024.
