STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial tool maker Atlas Copco AB said Friday that it has acquired Oxymat AS, a Danish supplier of on-site oxygen and nitrogen solutions.

Privately-owned Oxymat is headquartered in Helsinge, Denmark, and has production facilities in Denmark and Slovakia. It has 146 employees had revenues of around 301 million Danish kroner ($40.2 million) in 2021.

Oxymat specializes in on-site gas-generation solutions, cutting the need for gas deliveries by truck and thereby reducing the carbon footprint, Atlas Copco said.

The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
