Well it looks like David Cavalier has moved on from Anixa Biosciences(https://www.anixa.com/about/board-of-directors). He owns through xmark and personally all but a very small percentage of Outstand Shares. Let's hope that he is now back to focusing on what to do with AOLS shares and what company he will either fold into it or create around it.

screen shot of his linkedin. It shows he let Anixa in June and is still CFO/COO of Mab & Stoke. I did watch a podcast of the CEO and she was talking a lot about new products being released in the fall. It would be great if they folded Mab into this shell. It is a total wait and see.

One of the stocks I mentioned earlier -- GTHP -- released a PR on Tuesday with sugar-coated BAD NEWS..... and the PPS doubled by Friday.

If I were the CEO of a pinksheet company, I'd warm up my printing press, and when the manipulators ran my stock up the flagpole, I'd print a few pallets of paper.

(Translated: "printing press" refers to dilution. Don't worry, Aeolus can't dilute. They can't even send a letter on Aeolus stationery.)

I expect them to work on these two stocks that they seem not to have found yet:

GTHP: the O/S is only 13 million. Imagine what manipulators could do with a 13 million O/S. the company recently uplisted from the pinks to the OTCBB and has several catalysts upcoming, and their device is a screener for cervical cancer, a big priority for WHO.

MYMX: the O/S is 300M but the float is only 80M because there's a lot of insider ownership. It's a COVID play (partnering with Baylor), a buyout candidate, and the longs have diamond hands.

I tried to find out where the technology went in 2018 but Aeolus just ignored me. They shut the doors, period.

Brother, more power to you! I dumped everything I had at .06 back in 2017 to take the loss on my taxes. (I just looked up the date, I was curious.) And it was a heavy loss.

I hope you stick it to these manipulators. Don't worry, they aren't reading this. They are busy manipulating 50+ penny biotechs at the moment. They probably don't even know this one is dark. Or care.

This company really pissed me off when they threw in the towel. There was so much insider ownership that I thought they'd fight, but they just threw their hands in the air when they lost the Gvmnt contract and said "Oh well, win some lose some" and folded up the tent.

They actually had decent tech! I think Trump decided in 2016 there wouldn't be a nuclear war in the next four years so he scrapped all the radioactivity tech contracts.

But it won't, because this is a story that nobody wants to tell. The GME manipulation story was big press but the AOLS manipulation story is much uglier and much dirtier and Wall Street won't let THIS story air.

The SEC won't stop this kind of manipulation in the pinksheets -- they consider the pinksheets to be the wild wild west and they pretty much let criminals mug people in the streets in broad daylight. Well, AOLS is BELOW the pinksheets. AOLS is DARK/DEFUNCT, which means it's in the ALLEYS in the wild wild west.

Beware -- that shiny glittering profit you see in the 5-day chart isn't really there. It's just two guys trading shares back and forth to create the illusion of volume. They are trying to get rubes to buy AOLS thinking there's a momo play here.

What's crazy is that I'm seeing this in basically every penny biotech on my watchlist. Yes I saw this in 2008-2009 but this is ten times more intense. This is absolutely insane. It's a better story than GME but you're not going to see it on the nightly news, and Cramer won't touch it. He knows, all right, but he doesn't want the world to see THIS dirty laundry.

look at EVERY OTHER PENNY BIOTECH you can find. This is happening to all of them.

Fundamentals do not matter - it's manipulation and it's working.

This happens every time the market crashes - a wave of new investors pours into the market bringing a lot of new high-risk money. It happened in penny biotechs in 2008-2009 when the market crashed and the only reason it didn't happen in 2020 is because all the new traders flocked to Robinhood and Robinhood won't let its customers buy penny stocks.

AOLS is a poster child. Aeolus Pharmaceuticals does not exist. But it went from .007 to .018 in the last 5 days! AOLS literally should be worthless, but clearly it is not worthless as long as new money floods in to buy it.

How long will it last? hard to say. In 2008-2009 it lasted about 10 months. One thing is for certain: when it ends, it ENDS. AOLS will return to .003 or whatever it's been stuck at since the company folded its tent.... and it's not worth THAT even -- it's worth nothing from a fundamentals standpoint.

I repeat: fundamentals mean nothing right now.

I’m very new regarding penny stocks. I don’t understand how anyone can buy and sell stocks from a company that’s out of business? I did try calling the phone number and it’s disconnected. Why would anyone buy stocks of a company not in business? I appreciate your opinion

I don't know why this is even trading -- funny though. Just goes to show the current state of the stock market -- manipulation everywhere, fundamentals mean nothing, gigantic bubble slowly filling with more air.....

Great move here. Would absolutely love to see this back in the .50 cent range. Some good news from the company could do that, but I am not holding my breath. I really hope this is an insider buying up cheap shares. I hope we get some news soon.
