                               Director's Dealing

The Company announces that it has today been informed that on 13th June 2003,
Ian MacKinnon, a director of the Company, has transferred 50,000 ordinary shares
of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") to his son, James MacKinnon for nil
consideration. At the same time Ian MacKinnon transferred 50,000 ordinary shares
of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") to his daughter, Lucy MacKinnon for nil
consideration.

Following this transaction, Ian MacKinnon has an interest in 3,773,392 Ordinary
Shares, representing 6.67 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
