Walmart has agreed to drop a lawsuit against Synchrony Financial related to their long-running credit-card deal. "Synchrony Extends to Continue Servicing Sam's Club Credit Cards," published Jan. 23, 2019, at 7:01 a.m. EST, and a subsequent update published at 9:28 a.m. EST, incorrectly said the lawsuit was over a breach of credit card agreements issued to Walmart customers in the third paragraph.
