Jaguar Land Rover to Cut 1,000 Jobs -BBC

--Jaguar Land Rover, owned by Tata Motors Ltd. (TTM), said it
won't renew the contracts of 1,000 temporary workers employed at
two of its British factories, said the BBC.
--The car company blamed the cuts on headwinds hitting the
automotive market, said the broadcaster.
--The BBC said that, earlier in the year, Jaguar Land Rover said
it will cut production due to uncertainty caused by Brexit as well
as changes to taxes on diesel cars.
