SRA Announces Appointment of Stephen Tolbert as Senior Vice President of Health and Civil Services Sector

SRA International, Inc. (NYSE: SRX), a leading provider of

government organizations and commercial clients, today announced
the appointment of Stephen Tolbert as Senior Vice President of
Health and Civil Services (HCS) Sector. He will report to SRA
President and Chief Executive Officer Stan Sloane. In this role,
Tolbert will be responsible for leading all business development
and program execution across federal civilian agencies.
Tolbert has 27 years of industry experience. He joined SRA in
2003 and has served in various leadership roles within SRA. Tolbert
was the Program Manager for the National Archives and Records
Administration (NARA) Information Technology Support Services
(ITSS) Program as well as Vice President and Business Program
Manager for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)
Infrastructure Services Contract (ISC) Program – SRA’s largest
program. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Director of
SRA’s Financial and Enterprise Solutions business unit. He also
serves as executive sponsor for SRA CARES, the organization’s
corporate philanthropy program.

Prior to joining SRA, Tolbert was Chief Executive Officer and
President of Global Systems & Strategies, Inc., a consulting
firm that provides IT and information security, privacy, program
and business management services to the federal government. He
holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University
of Maryland.
