(a)	On December 16, 2019, Fabian T. Garcia informed the Board of Directors of Kimberly-Clark Corporation of his decision to resign from the Board, effective immediately, to focus on a recently-accepted position as President, Unilever North America. Mr. Garcia had served on the Board since 2011.
