The Bank has made the following announcement to the Indian stock exchanges.

 

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Bank appointed Mr. Subramanian Madhavan (DIN: 06451889) as an Additional (Independent) Director of the Bank with effect from April 14, 2019 for a period of five years, subject to the approval of shareholders.

 

We affirm that Mr. Madhavan is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority.
