Goodrich Elects New Director

Carolyn Corvi, retired vice president and general manager for
Boeing�s Commercial Airplanes business, has been elected to the
Board of Directors of Goodrich Corporation (NYSE:GR).
Corvi, 57, brings to Goodrich�s board extensive experience in
high level leadership roles gained during her 34-year career at
Boeing. During her career she held leadership positions in program
management, quality assurance, propulsion systems and aircraft
systems. From 2000 through 2005 she served as vice president and
general manager for 737/757 programs where she implemented Boeing�s
first application of lean manufacturing principles, including a
moving assembly line that cut final assembly flow time for a 737
aircraft in half. From 2005 until her retirement in 2008, she
served as vice president and general manager, airplane production,
commercial airplanes; here she was responsible for leading Boeing
Commercial Airplanes� fully integrated production system from
design through production and delivery.

Corvi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the
University of Washington, and a Master of Science degree in
Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan
