(b) Departure of Director

On October 11, 2023, Neil Suslak resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Getaround, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Suslak indicated his departure from the Board was not the result of any disagreement with the management of the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operation, policies or practices.
