Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain
Officers; Election of Director; Appointment of Certain Officers;
Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 13, 2020, Matthew R. Thomas, the Executive Vice
President, Analysis & Data Division/President, JP3 of Flotek
Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) departed the Company. The Company
views Mr. Thomas’ departure as a termination without cause under
Mr. Thomas’ employment agreement with the Company, and expects to
pay the severance required thereunder after execution and delivery
of a release agreement. TengBeng Koid, the Company’s President,
Global Business, will lead the the Company’s Data Analytics
segment.
