The Company operates through six segments: United States electrical construction and facilities services, United States mechanical construction and facilities services, United States facilities services, Canada construction, United Kingdom construction and facilities services. In February 2011, the Company acquired Bahnson Holdings, Inc. In June 2011, it acquired USM Services Holdings, Inc. In August 2011, the Company sold Comstock Canada Ltd.
