Mutual Bancorporation, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMBI) announced today that its
Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend on Richmond
Mutual Bancorporation common stock of $0.50 per share. In making the
announcement, Garry Kleer, Chairman,
President and Chief Executive Officer, said "We are pleased to
announce the payment of a $0.50 per
share special dividend. While the determination to pay
any dividend depends on a variety of factors, the Board has
determined that the payment of the special dividend is consistent
with sound capital management strategies while preserving the
Company's ability to grow."
The cash dividend will be payable on May
5, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of
business on April 21, 2021.
