PepsiCo Names Ram Krishnan CEO of PepsiCo Beverages North America

PepsiCo said on Thursday that Ram Krishnan, the company's Chief
Executive Officer of International Beverages and Chief Commercial
Officer, will take over as CEO of PepsiCo Beverages North America,
effective Feb. 2.
He will succeed Kirk Tanner who is leaving to become CEO of The
Wendy's Co., PepsiCo said.
Krishnan, who joined PepsiCo in 2006, has been CEO of the APAC
region, SVP and general manager of the company's global Walmart
Customer Team, and chief marketing officer of Frito-Lay North
America. Prior to joining PepsiCo Krishnan worked at Cadillac, the
beverage maker said.
