On January 30, 2023, Kaival Brands Innovations Group, Inc. (the
“Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial
results for the fourth fiscal quarter and the full year ended
October 31, 2022. The full text of the press release is furnished
as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is
incorporated herein by reference.
