/PRNewswire/ -- Invuity, Inc. today announced the pricing of its
initial public offering of 4,000,000 shares of common stock at a
public offering price of $12.00 per
share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the
common stock is being offered by Invuity. In addition, Invuity has
granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an
additional 600,000 shares of common stock from the company at the
public offering price. The shares are expected to begin trading on
the NASDAQ Global Market on June 12,
2015 under the ticker symbol "IVTY." The offering is
expected to close on June 17, 2015,
subject to customary closing conditions.
