(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers

On November 2, 2023, Juliane Park resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Cutera, Inc. (the “Company) effective as of December 1, 2023. Ms. Park’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company, the Board, or management on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
