Company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share. This quarterly payout results in
an annualized dividend yield of 4.37% based on the September 28, 2020 closing price of the Company's
common stock at $30.21 per share as
reported by NASDAQ. The dividend is payable on October 30, 2020 to shareholders of record on
October 15, 2020.
