October is National Pasta Month and BRAVO! Cucina Italiana and

pasta dishes include Penne Mediterranean, spinach, sun dried

multigrain pasta; and Pasta BRAVO! with grilled chicken,
mushrooms and rigatoni in a roasted red pepper cream sauce. Gluten
free selections include the Pasta Pomodoro with Chicken,
gluten free penne tossed with housemade tomato sauce, caramelized
onions, tomatoes, fresh basil and grilled chicken; and Pasta
Verduta, gluten free penne tossed with mushrooms, spinach,
diced tomatoes, garlic and Feta cheese. A lighter pasta choice is
the Pasta Amatriciana (550 calories), penne tossed with
tomatoes, caramelized onions, pancetta, fresh basil, housemade
marinara and Parmesan.
BRIO features a wide selection of delicious pasta dishes
including Shrimp Verduta, angel hair tossed with shrimp,
garlic, sundried tomatoes, roasted artichokes, caramelized onions,
Feta and spinach and topped with pesto bread crumbs; Ravioli Di
Bello, ravioli with Cremini mushrooms, tomatoes,
Parmigiano-Reggiano and fresh thyme in a light champagne brown
butter sauce; and Pasta Alla Vodka, delicate Ricotta filled
handmade pasta, with crispy pancetta, garlic, basil and a spicy
tomato Parmesan cream sauce. Guests can also enjoy gluten free
pasta dishes such as Pasta Pomodoro, gluten free pasta
tossed with grilled chicken, tomatoes, pine nuts and a pesto
drizzle; and Pasta Primavera, gluten free penne tossed with
mushrooms, spinach, Roma tomatoes, garlic and Feta cheese. Those
who desire a lighter pasta can savor the Penne Verona (500
calories), tomatoes, caramelized onions, pancetta, fresh basil,
housemade Marinara and Parmigiano-Reggiano; and Pasta Pesto
(550 calories) angel hair tossed with grilled chicken, caramelized
onions, basil, tomatoes, roasted peppers, Feta and spinach.

the best Pasta Manstas in the land with its “Pasta Mansta” photo
contest from Oct. 7–Nov. 15. BRAVO! invites its fans to post photos
of themselves, friends or family making “Pasta Manstas” of
themselves on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts using the
#Bravo!PastaMansta hashtag. BRAVO!’s social media fans will vote on
their favorites. On Nov. 15, 10 winning photos will be randomly
selected, and winners will receive a free pasta party for 10 from
BRAVO!.
That’s Pasta Amore At BRIO Photo ContestFrom Oct. 7–Nov.
15, guests can take a photo of their group of friends, colleagues
and/or loved ones enjoying a delicious pasta dish at BRIO, and
share it on BRIO’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts using
the #PastaAmoreAtBrio hashtag along with a quick note about their
amore for BRIO’s pasta. On Nov. 15, BRIO will randomly select 10
winning photos. The owners of the winning photos will receive free
pasta from BRIO for a year.
Pans for Fans GiveawayFans can post why they love
BRAVO!’s or BRIO’s pasta on their respective Facebook pages
(facebook.com/bravoitalian or facebook.com/brioitalian) from
Wednesday, Oct. 23–Friday, Oct. 25. Five Facebook fans will be
randomly selected to win one pan of pasta (serves six to
eight).
