Gluten free selections include the Pasta Pomodoro with Chicken, gluten free penne tossed with housemade tomato sauce, caramelized onions, tomatoes, fresh basil and grilled chicken; and Pasta Verduta, gluten free penne tossed with mushrooms, spinach, diced tomatoes, garlic and Feta cheese. A lighter pasta choice is the Pasta Amatriciana (550 calories), penne tossed with tomatoes, caramelized onions, pancetta, fresh basil, housemade marinara and Parmesan.

BRIO features a wide selection of delicious pasta dishes including Shrimp Verduta, angel hair tossed with shrimp, garlic, sundried tomatoes, roasted artichokes, caramelized onions, Feta and spinach and topped with pesto bread crumbs; Ravioli Di Bello, ravioli with Cremini mushrooms, tomatoes, Parmigiano-Reggiano and fresh thyme in a light champagne brown butter sauce; and Pasta Alla Vodka, delicate Ricotta filled handmade pasta, with crispy pancetta, garlic, basil and a spicy tomato Parmesan cream sauce.
