Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On October 8, 2020, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of CorMedix Inc. (the “Company”) approved the amendment of the Company’s Amended and Restated Bylaws (as so amended, the Company’s bylaws are the Second Amended and Restated Bylaws) to permit its annual meeting of stockholders to be conducted by means of remote communication, effective immediately.
