Will they have the decency to give us something before year's end or at least say *sorry for the delay it took us much longer than the timer once showed but the deal is still on and progressing *???

I would be very surprised if the Arco deal is still on!!!!

Back in 2022 when the Italian forerunners started this, their cash position was much better and promising. Now with just 12 millions of assets left, imho there is a big question mark behind their ability to secure financing!!!!

Seems the situation is very similar to the faild Tecalco deal!

They are truly making this to the laughing story of the OTCB:

Millions earned millions wasted
Timer on timer off
Pink current pink limited
Arco on Arco Off maybe.???

The crooked forerunners invite us to their world but we all know what an unfriendly world it is:

no communication for many months
Emails don't get answed
No effort to get current again
No explanation about the faild timer
No explanation where they are with Arcor
No information where they lost the 50 millions
No explanation why they switched the old very profitable business into one showing a loss

All in all the whole thing carries more red flags than any investor is willing to take!!!

I fully anticipate now the worst case scenario that the deal is off most probably because they can't secure financing!!! This is why the Tecalco deal failed 2 years ago!!! Volume is nil...apparently no one is expecting anything good or bad or just don't know at this point.

The timer will be down to zero on Monday and it seems the market is expecting a big no event!!!

Timer stands now at less than 4 days.... will they deliver ANYTHING when it's at zero or just switch it off???

I still dwell over the question why they gave up on companies which earned them a very nice net profit each quarter and put the remaining money into Arco which has hardly any revenue and produces a net loss!!!

Even if this a scam why did they slaughter the golden goose instead of continuing to milk it for more cash???

As i said already... the market didn't like the company when it made millions of nice net profits each quarter, why would it like it now when there is no known revenue???

As we get closer to "H-hour (ie: 10/14), I'll be watching the volume to see if it's forecasting a positive or negative direction...Still not sure what the countdown refers to but we'll see soon enough.

I can't even remember when the ask was hit the last time!!! Lol

Another fact is, the market didn't like the company in the old set-up when they filed millions in net profit!!!

So why would he like the Arco story???

Fact is, not many like to touch a company which cuts all communication with shareholders for many months and on mysterious ways looses many millions of earned profits!!!!

They would have to explain a lot to regain lost trust and confidence but maybe they aren't interested in that at all!!!

The sector they are working in seems to be promising so all they need are hot products!!!

I'm not an expert in the technology so i have to wait until I see some confirmation from 3rd parties
if they really can provide something the market is interested in!

Specifications, price, marketing, everything has to be right in order to succeed!!! And of course the willingness of potential clients to use their products!!!
