Once the “Gold Standard” is accepted they won’t need to haul someone to the Hospital to get a Blood draw of THC use as by the time their hauled to Hospital and then the time to take the Blood - the THC level has dropped - Gonna be used for Law Enforcement once accepted from the Court that the THC Breathalyzer is the same as the a blood draw from the Hospital

I think that is the right move, work place just wants a qualitative test of recent use (pass/fail). Law enforcement use will take much more time to develop accepted impairment conc of THC in breath.

I’m Missouri where even recreational is legal

Did $1.4B the 1st year here in Missouri and looking like $1.8B this year if all keeps going on a Up Up chart - kinda a pun there “UP UP” - State is enjoying the Tax dollars as does the County and now City’s want their grab

And Price for weed is getting cheaper with many Producers - so you can pick what you want, usually the Dispensary I use have many specials and like it wipes the Tax’s away so they give that 13% tax plus another 2% making 15% off

For being 67 and smoking weed since 12 or 13 I’ll have a line on my $BLO with $BLOZF and would get a spike from a Hour ago

I think this event was postponed and rescheduled for June 18th and 19th.

It’s no different than alcohol. Having a BAC of .08 doesn’t mean that a person is drunk, especially if they have been drinking for most of their life, but they still consider it illegal regardless of how well a person may function. In addition, aside from all the issues that can be prevented and resolved in workplaces with this technology there are laws that still need to be abolished that only this device can resolve. For example, in Pennsylvania you can still receive a DUI for testing positive for smoking 2-3 weeks ago while on vacation somewhere where cannabis is legal. It’s for reasons like this I’m 1,000% bullish.

April 16th & 17th is the discussion about the Breathalyzer - More to “THC in Blood” they claim that “THC in Blood doesn’t mean your impaired and Invasive to privacy”

$BLOZF blower only shows a spike in THC levels back 4 Hours - who cares if you have THC in your system - say your level is .1 and always a downing line out 4 Hrs then you haven’t gathered more THC out 4 Hrs from $BLO

The Spike that may lay within that 4 HRs might be 3.1 if gathered THC within that 4 HRs window but within about an hour that would be 1.1 and headed to that normal for you in THC level or the level prior to use out 4 Hours

But it does give THC in Blood and that’s where the discussions is stuck - no difference than in a BAC Breathalyzer

The financials are adequate for the time being, but they need to get some revenues flowing before the cash position deteriorates to the point of needing to dilute. I am happy trading the volatility for now but am ready to turn my position into an investment if the positive progress continues.

It's nice to finally see some progress being made here. I have always liked the concept and it's needed for proper law enforcement but the never ending testing etc. felt like it was leading no where. I am playing the volatility for now, we will see if it turns into an investment or not soon enough.

The alcohol industry does not want Federal legalization. Some of the more forward-looking companies are diversifying into THC beverages, as a mitigation against lost alcohol sales.

I see this in every police vehicle, right next to the alcohol breathalyzers. Cannabix should be working on a dual-use version that does both.

I think the bigger application will be in the private sector.  Once a breathalyzer for THC is on the market, the Feds will most likely legalize it and companies will have to move away from urine test to the breathalyzer (similar to alcohol testing) for point of use.
