Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

	(1)	On May 12, 2022, the Company amended its Articles of Incorporation to change it name to NHMD Holdings, Inc. The Company will be filing with FINRA a corporate action to formally change it name.

	(2)	The Company’s board had previously approved a forward split; however, the Board of Directors has decided to withdrawal the forward split at this time.
