Explanation of Responses:

DigitalBridge Operating Company, LLC is a direct subsidiary and the operating company of DigitalBridge Group, Inc. ("DigitalBridge"). DigitalBridge may be deemed to beneficially own the 34,911,944 shares of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock directly owned by DigitalBridge Operating Company, LLC. and 79,001 shares of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock owned by CLNC Manager, LLC ("CLNC Manager") and 461,422 shares of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock owned by NRF Holdco, LLC ("NRF Holdco"), each of which are subsidiaries of DBRG OC. The reporting persons inadvertently omitted the shares owned by CLNC Manager and NRF Holdco from their prior report on Form 4.
