At the Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Optibase Ltd. (Nasdaq: OBAS) (the "Company") held on August 17, 2021, all the proposed resolutions presented were approved by the shareholders by the required majority, except for Proposal No. 6 as detailed in the proxy statement filed by the company on Edgar and furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 8, 2021.
