Siemens Healthineers AG said Thursday that it is entering into a 10-year technology partnership worth around 30 million euros ($35.2 million) with Klinikum Lippe GmbH.

The German medical-equipment maker said the contract includes delivery and maintenance of imaging equipment and ultrasound units, as well as equipment training and consulting for all of the healthcare provider's locations.

Siemens Healthineers's equipment and services are expected to improve Klinikum Lippe's care delivery processes and contribute to its medical research developments.
