The single-ended, internally-matched
MADT-011000 consumes 70 µA from a 4.5 V supply, while the matched
detector and reference diodes provide temperature compensation in
differential operation. The MADT-011000 is offered in both a 3 mm
16-lead QFN package and in bare die format, with ESD protection for
reliability and ease of handling. (Photo: Business Wire)
The single-ended, internally-matched MADT-011000 consumes 70 µA

in bare die format, with ESD protection for reliability and ease of
handling.
“The MADT-011000 is an extremely versatile power detector
offered in both 3mm QFN and bare-die formats,” said Graham Board,
Senior Director of Product Marketing, MACOM. “The wide bandwidth
and dynamic range, very low power dissipation and external
directional coupler makes this an ideal solution for both narrow
and wide bandwidth power control circuits. It is anticipated that
this one power detector will cover all of the high-volume wireless
backhaul bands from 5 to 44GHz, significantly simplifying component
selection and circuit design for the radio designer.”
For over 60 years, MACOM’s design and applications experts have
spearheaded innovation in the RF, microwave and millimeterwave
domain, developing the industry’s broadest portfolio of MMICs and
components spanning the entire RF signal chain. Leveraging
advanced, proprietary technologies, MACOM’s heterogeneous
semiconductor and packaging strategy is aimed at ensuring that each
individual RF system function is fully optimized to deliver maximum
performance at the appropriate cost. MACOM remains firmly committed
to delivering true competitive advantage to our customers,
providing superior technology, expertise, cost structures and
supply chains – with no compromises.
