This Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A (this “Amendment”) is being filed by Diversicare Healthcare Services, Inc. (the “Company”) to amend the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 2, 2017 (the “Original Report”), to correct an error in the investor presentation, Exhibit 99.2. The change was made to slide 24 to correct the same-store operating expense and operating profit for the nine-month periods ended September 30, 2016. No other changes have been made to the 8-K or exhibits.
