TORONTO, Jan. 19, 2018 /CNW/ - CQI Capital Management LP., as manager of the Genesis Partners Fund LP (the Fund), confirmed today its intention to pay a final distribution to its limited partners on January 22, 2018. Limited partners need not take any action to receive the payment.

Following the final distribution, the Fund will have disposed of all its assets and after all liabilities have been satisfied or provided for, the Fund will be wound up and dissolved.
