RELEVANT INFORMATION: INVESTMENT IN

SERVICIOS AEROPORTUARIOS INTEGRADOS SAI SOCIETY

Avianca Holdings S.A. informs that it is currently negotiating with the Servicios Aeroportuarios Integrados SAI S.A.S’ management an agreement by which Avianca will acquire newly issued shares from the company and, as a consequence, acquire control over it. This agreement is still being negotiated and has not been executed as of the date of this report.

The parties filed with the Industry and Commerce Superintendency a request for a pre-evaluation of the planned transaction, once the agreement is signed and/or a decision by such governmental entity is rendered, the market will be informed as required by applicable law.
