Bull (Paris:BULL) informs its shareholders, in accordance with
the article L. 233-8 of the French Commercial Code, that of
the number of shares and voting rights stands as follows and shall
be used to determine the thresholds mentioned in article
L. 233-71 of the French Commercial Code1 and in the article 11
of the company Articles of Association2.
