Collaboration to provide independent artists and labels with Global access to broadcasters with ability to monitor airplay in real-time.

(TSX-VENTURE:YOO)(OTCBB:YOOIF), the industry's leading secure digital media distribution company is pleased to announce that it will be joining forces with European based monitoring company Kollector and partner Federation X at The New Music Seminar in New York June 8-10. This collaboration will provide the European independent music industry with a world-class solution for delivering music and music videos to radio and television broadcasters via YANGAROO's Digital Media Distribution System (DMDS) and also be offered the opportunity to monitor airplay in real-time via Kollector's monitoring service.

YANGAROO's service is used by over 5000 broadcasters in North America and is expected to move into Europe and Brazil later this year. Currently YANGAROO's DMDS delivers over 90% of all music videos sent to major broadcasters in North America. These include MTV/VH1, BET, REVOLT, Fuse, Music Choice, MuchMusic, CMT, GAC, and many more.

It is expected that YANGAROO will offer the Kollector service beginning in September in North America and the joint YANGAROO/Kollector service will be available to most of Europe, and in Brazil later in 2014.
